Processes for making a bathtub
The bathtub making line includes these equipments as follows,
1. Bathtub vacuum forming machine
2. Bathtub trimming(edge cutting) machine
3. Resin spray gun with chopper(also can be sprayed manually)
4. Resin mixer(thermostatic resin mixer or simple mixer)
5. Vacuum station(vacuum pump and vacuum tank)
6.Air compressor system(air compressor and air pressure tank)

Bathtub making materials are as follows,
1. Acrylic sheets(you also can choose acrylic, ABS composite sheets)
